At Thrive Support, our mission is to provide high-quality, personalised care for individuals with a disability, complex needs - care that larger agencies often overlook. We are dedicated to supporting our clients in a way that empowers them to grow, achieve their goals and truly thrive.
We envision a world where every child and young adult with additional needs is given the right support from the very beginning—making their journey into adulthood smoother, more independent and full of opportunity regardless of their disability . Through compassionate, consistent and tailored support, we aim to create lasting positive change in the lives of those we serve in a trauma informed way. We endeavour to provide quality care to allow for adults to live a life they remain in control of with support they dictate to their needs.
Our NDIS Short Term Accommodation (STA) service provides participants with a safe, supportive, and engaging environment away from their usual home. My daughter recently started working with Jemma, and she absolutely loves it. I've noticed that being able to get out of the house more and take part in activities has made her so much happier. Jemma is amazing with her, she is very patient and understanding. She also communicates really well and has been a great help in navigating and organising my daughter’s support worker funding through our NDIS plan. Thank you Jemma!
I have been through many support workers. Jemma has come along with great mental experience and understanding around my trauma. i look forward to her coming weekly and helping me feel that little more normal.
Jemma and Tracey have worked with my 3 year old son who is medically disabled aswell as autistic. He really struggle to build connection and he loves seeing either of them come. i have never seen his smile so big. They were patient while he got comfortable and are both amazing with his needs.
